MyAccount – Online Bill Pay Update

New online MyAccount sign-up information available for
SOME customers
beginning Monday, September 21

Starting Monday September 21, customers who have received a
MyAccount sign-up instruction sheet with their most recent bill
(Statement Date of September 15) can now create their new on-line
account using the included information.

If you are a customer who receives your bill the first week of each
month, you will be receiving the MyAccount sign-up instruction
sheet with your next bill arriving in the mail around October 2nd
(this bill will have a Statement Date of September 30). For these
customers, you will need to use the information on that
forthcoming bill to setup the MyAccount service.
