If you are planning to dig on your property, Iowa One Call can help. This special service notifies all the necessary utility companies before you dig, which helps you avoid potential injury or even death. Just call 1-800-292-8989 at least 48 hours before you plan to dig. We'll locate and mark the buried lines in your yard free of charge.

	Red: Electric Power Lines, Cables, Conduit and Lighting Cables
	Yellow: Gas, Oil, Steam, Petroleum or Gaseous Materials
	Orange: Communication, Alarm or Signal Lines, Cables or Conduit
	Blue: Water, Irrigation and Slurry Lines
	Green: Sewers and Drain Lines
	Pink: Temporary Survey Markings
	White: Proposed Excavation
	Purple: Reclaimed Water
