As the cost of energy continues to escalate, we must find ways to keep costs down for our customers and ourselves. Therefore we have implemented a Rebate Program that encourages conservation through the use of energy efficient products.
We also offer a Home Energy Audit which includes an air infiltration test. This test can measure the amount of air infiltration in your home. Since air infiltration can account for 10-40% of the energy used to heat and cool a typical home it is very important to find those leaks and seal them properly.
In order to qualify for rebates on HVAC equipment IL & P, T must perform a load calculation of your home. This is important to insure that the correct size unit will be installed. Selecting the proper size unit will save you money not only for the initial expense but also in the on going operational cost.
Energy conservation doesn't mean you have to sacrifice comfort and convenience. An energy efficient home is a comfortable home. In many cases we have the opportunity to cut our energy consumption by 50%. This can be accomplished with a logical and well planned approach and it doesn't have to cost a lot of money.
